Terms of use — LAZARĒNKO

General terms

This public agreement governs educational services for adults: online seminars, webinars, lessons, training and courses. The provider is ООО «Лазаренко» (Lazarenko LLC), state registration certificate no. 193821304 dated 13.12.2024.

The customer agrees to accept and pay for services under this agreement. Programmes, formats, access periods and prices are published at https://olgalazarenko.com and on the selected course page.

Entering into the agreement

Publication of this agreement constitutes a public offer to provide services. Payment confirms acceptance of the offer. Read the current agreement and the selected course conditions before paying.

The agreement applies from payment until the parties fulfil their obligations.

Rights and obligations

The provider supplies information about the content, scope, price and delivery of services. The customer supplies accurate contact details and complies with this agreement.

Sharing personal access details with third parties or making educational materials publicly available is prohibited.

Payment and access

The price is the selected course price at the time of ordering. Payments are processed on the secure bePaid page. Payment conditions and schedules are shown during checkout.

Access is provided after payment confirmation according to the selected course conditions. If you cannot sign in or find a paid course, contact o.lazarenko.study@gmail.com or +375 25 946 96 50.

Refunds

If performance becomes impossible because the customer fails to fulfil their obligations or because of their deliberate or negligent actions or omissions, the amount paid is not refunded.

If performance becomes impossible due to circumstances for which neither party is responsible, the amount paid is treated as expenses actually incurred by the provider and is not refunded.

When a refund is issued, funds are returned to the card used for payment. Funds reach the card within 1 to 30 days after the seller issues the refund, depending on the bank.
